Will SUTTON
Program Director
Will is our Program Director at Miami SCORES. He is a native of Washington, DC, and graduated from Wesley College in 2011 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business. While at Wesley, Will was recognized for his leadership on and off the soccer field and was appointed captain of the men’s soccer team. Since college, Will has worked with numerous youth soccer programs and continues to play in men’s and co-ed soccer leagues. Will spent his last 8 and half years with DC SCORES and his expertise in soccer and youth programs is what excites him to join the Miami SCORES team!
Rose TIRADO
Partnerships and Development VISTA
Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Rose developed a passion for sports at an early on, influenced by her family of professional athletes and sports commentators. Soccer, however, was the sport that captured her attention. Having represented Puerto Rico in youth national teams, she experienced directly how sports can promote the development of youth and communities. Inspired by this experience, Rose earned a Master’s degree in Sports Industry Management from Georgetown University. During her studies, she reinforced her belief that every child deserves access to opportunities and became dedicated to using sports as a platform for promoting equity, access, and community development.
Now, Rose channels her passion as our Partnerships and Development Associate, where she helps build relationships and collaborations that create new opportunities for our poet-athletes to shine.
Rob UVANOVIĆ,
Executive Director
As the former Executive Director of America SCORES New York and former Chief Growth Officer for America SCORES, Rob is excited to bring his experience and passion for the SCORES mission to Miami! Rob is responsible for the overall executive management of Miami SCORES, including partnership development, building strategic relationships and Board stewardship. In between his time at SCORES, Rob worked at Deloitte Consulting, founded his own company and received his MBA from the Haas School of Business, UC-Berkeley. As someone who speaks four languages (plus the world's language of soccer), and whose career has seen him work and live internationally, Miami is the perfect place to call home.
